Refund Policy
- Packages are not allowed to be open
- If you want to exchange or refund your order please contact us
- No partial delivery — either take the whole order or return all items
- Sending more than one option to choose between them unfortunately is not available
- Refund / Exchange are done within three (3) days only after receiving the order
- Shipping fees should be paid in all cases
- Deduction of extra delivery fees applies in case of Return / Exchange
- Items on sale can't be exchanged or refunded
- For refunds, items should be in their original state and packaging and we will send the payment via InstaPay after receiving the product at our office within one week

- Delivery inside Cairo / Giza takes 3–4 days
- Delivery to Governorates takes 5–6 working days
